Hollywood Then and Now - July 2025

 It was the quintessential Hollywood restaurant.   The place to be seen.   Featuring on the menu Elizabeth Taylor's favorite chili.   

That would be Chasen's.

Like all nice things, you can't them forever.   Chasen's shut down in the mid 90s.   I never got to eat there.

But now I shop there.   It is a super market named Bristol Farms.

But there is still a little piece of the old inside.  Part of the dining area still exists if you put some coffee and a donut.

Dinner last night:  Pizza.
